COVID19 : When will New Zealand Border open?

Hi RTK Readers,

Many have asked me the question about when the New Zealand border will be open. I personally feels its okay to close for a longer time for safety and health reason, but I understand many other industries are depending on the government decision to open back the border. Well as we know, this situation will not be forever. It will be open and just the matter of time.

First whats VISA are CLOSED :

The border is also close for almost travelor including visitor and work visa. 

2ndly, who can request for exception?

Please bear in mind, holding an essential work visa doesn’t mean you are automatically qualify as an other essential work. Your request will be considered case by case basis and it is very limited.
